Jeff was brilliant! We gave him a seemingly impossible task but he was absolutely determined to get the job done. After a fair bit of problem solving he managed to puzzle together all of the necessary pieces to safely remove an old aerial that had been rattling in the wind on the roof of our three story mid-terrace. Jeff arrived on time and was friendly, helpful. After looking at what was needed, my initial plan to install a roof aerial was changed due to difficulties of my house layout and old aerial site. Jeff installed aloft aerial and wiring instead which he did very quickly and cleanly, advising me throughout what he was doing.
