Jeff was brilliant! We gave him a seemingly impossible task but he was absolutely determined to get the job done. After a fair bit of problem solving he managed to puzzle together all of the necessary pieces to safely remove an old aerial that had been rattling in the wind on the roof of our three story mid-terrace. We had been losing sleep because of the noise and thought we were going to have to hire a cherry picker. We're now back to peaceful nights and managed to save money so we're very pleased!
